Open House Info:
Open house Oct 13th 11am-2pm We are doing a deep energy retrofit with National Grid. Our DER is being done in a staged manner. Windows and systems (furnace, HWH, HRV, AC) have been replaced and basement walls and floors were insulated. Central courtyard was enclosed with high R-value skylight system. Work to be done this fall include insulation of the above-ground exterior walls and roof.
