We originally received a quote from another provider which seemed high so we asked SolTerra to provide second. Boy am I glad we did. SolTerra was not only lower in cost, but we also got a bigger system. The professionalism displayed by Aimee and her team was top notch, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. A few months after the system was installed, I noticed discoloration in one of the panels. The team came out to inspect it, and after connecting with the manufacturer, they immediately replaced it at no cost to us. If you’re in the market for solar, I highly recommend giving SolTerra a shot at your business.

I cannot speak more highly of SolTerra. After a door-to-door solar company came by with a high-pressured sales pitch, I decided to look into other options. The installation was completed within the schedule and the system was inspected and placed into operation very quickly. The system has made a major impact to our electrical bill which has typically been around $13 per billing period. If I could give 100 stars I would! Aimee and her team were so great at communicating with me and gave me such a great deal! I shopped around of course and found that not only was Aimee's company much more affordable, their level of service was above and beyond. They were quick to slot me in for installation. The installers were knowledgable and answered all the questions I had in regards to Solar. I had no issues with their installation as it passed inspection with flying colors. I have a buddy who went with a different solar company and their installation was sub par. Their inspection failed and now they're waiting for the solar company to come and fix their mistakes. He got his solar 2 months before mine and he's still waiting on them. Make sure you guys don't end up like my friend who's still waiting for his solar to be turned on! Go with Solterra Solar. Very happy with the installation and performance of the equipment. We have 100% solar with battery bank back-up. Right from the beginning we were given the information we needed to choose the right product for our needs. When I questioned certain products I was immediately given advice and literature to educate myself. Once the installation began the crews were very professional and skilled. The communication regarding the schedule was excellent, we were notified by the office when the crews were arriving, leaving, what they had accomplished and what they had left to do. After installation, the follow up and customer service was/is amazing! We lose grid power quite often where we live, so we have had to rely on this system many times already. It is obvious that the employees of Solterra are happy and treated well, it shows in their work and demeanor.
