Workmanship Warranty
1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty:
Day & Night Solar warrants installation shall be provided in a workmanlike manner. This warranty is for one (1) year. If after inspection Day & Night Solar determines installation was not performed in a workmanlike manner, it will repair any installation free of charge.
5-Year Limited Parts Warranty:
Day & Night Solar warrants that all parts provided by Day & Night Solar shall be free of functional defects. This warranty is for five (5) years. Parts that become defective after five (5) years are covered only under their original manufacturer’s warranty as applicable. If after inspection Day & Night Solar determines the parts are defective, it shall replace and install said part free of charge. This 5-Year Limited Parts Warranty shall not include parts that have a limited life expectancy and are designed to be replaced, including but not limited to light bulbs, ballast, fuses, and batteries.
