Workmanship Warranty

SOLAR WARRANTY

5-year IBEW-backed workmanship warranty. Artisan Electric provides a 5-year warranty on all parts and labor, backed by the IBEW electrical union. If an issue arises with any aspect of the installation, just give us a call and we will take care of the problem at no cost to you, usually within 24 hours.

Free system checkups. Artisan’s warranty also includes free system inspections, maintenance, cleaning and performance verification for the first year of installation. We offer maintenance agreements for continued system support beyond the first year. While we are on site, we will measure your power output to make sure it is within the warranty of the modules.

5-year performance guarantee. We are experts at assessing your home for solar PV production. When we give our customers a solar PV proposal, we provide projections for how the system will perform over time. Artisan guarantees that your system will produce at or better than our estimates, or we will refund you the production difference between our estimates and actual system.

ELECTRICAL WARRANTY

Artisan goes beyond industry standards to provide you with a five year warranty on our work. If something breaks, we fix it. As a Residential Energy Services (RES) contractor, our warranty is backed by a five year guarantee for all residential work by our electrical union, IBEW Local 46.

EFFICIENCY LABOR WARRANTY

Artisan guarantees all labor for five years. If your system needs service, give us a call, we’ll be out quickly to take care of it.
