After seven years with my solar panels, I can confidently declare them the best investment for our home. The decision to switch to solar power has transformed our living experience. We now heat our house and Garage with electricity via AC with Heat Pumps in the fall and spring. Investing in solar panels was the best decision we made for our home. It significantly lowered our utility costs and seven years later, we continue to enjoy the benefits! Ron and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to deal with, his team has always been quick to respond to any questions I may have. I have recommended GotSun GoSolar many times and will continue to do so, overall it was a great experience. A few details house is 100% electric and Oil Heat with well water my largest bill in 7 years = $25 (we had an 18" x 33" Pool, we removed it year 1) number of bills in 7 years = 2 added 2 AC/Heat Pump units heat with electric down to 28° F save 1.75 TANKS OF OIL (400 + GAL) yearly The 25k in cash via the SREC Program wasn't bad either . I have an 8yr 15panel system that had its SolarEdge inverter malfunction. Keri, the Administrative Assistant, handled everything efficiently. She contacted SolarEdge, had them remotely access my system to diagnose the malfunction, and then followed up on ordering and shipping a new inverter for me. Their electrician Jake swapped out the inverter and my system is again producing free energy when the sun shines. This is my third SolarEdge inverter, original 10/2015 by Sungevity, first replacement by GotSun-GoSolar in 2/2019 and newest one just installed 9/2023 so I can’t speak to longevity of SolarEdge inverters but GotSun-GoSolar’s service and attentiveness to my needs and concerns via Keri have been exceptional, very happy.

Got Sun Go Solar was great to work with. They delivered on time and immediately fixed one panel when I noticed on the app that it wasn’t working.

I am very happy with my experience with Got Sun Go Solar. My sales person Jeff was very helpful and always took my phone call and answered my questions. I did have a problem with Generic at one point stating that their was an issue with my system but it was working fine, but this had nothing to do with GSGS. Then last month, I got my electric bill and it was very high. I called they came out, but the electrician was on vacation, so we had to wait until the next week when he got back he came out immediately and found out what the issue was and fixed it. I got my bill this month and a negative balance! Whenever I call they always get back and answer all my questions and always very pleasant. I would and have recommend them.

Excellent customer service who kept us informed along the way as to what was happening and when. Installation team was always on time and kept us informed as to the timing of their installation. The Got Sun Go Solar team was very professional and worked like clockwork. I never saw a team work together so well. Great experience overall!
