Jay at Maxum was with us the whole way from the initial quote through permitting, up on the roof for the installation, start up, and approvals with the county and the utility company. We are now enjoying our $12 Edison bills.
Amazing. If only all businesses operated like this. I was dealing with difficulties and confusion with *another* solar installer, and called Maxum to see what they recommended. They spent a huge amount of time explaining what needed to be done and how I could fix my issues with the other installer. I asked them if they could put a quote together, because I was starting to think that I should work with Maxum instead, and they told me that my install wasn't too small for what they do - they weren't even trying to get any business out of me, they were just helping me out. Makes me wish I had a bigger install - because companies like Maxum know what they are doing and are great to work with.
