After a bad experience with a different company, I am so glad we went with EmPower! Jeff and John were both very helpful, answered all of my questions, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I honestly can't say enough good things about the company and their customer service. Even now that everything is installed and turned on, Jeff still makes time to answer my questions and check in. The installers, especially the Forman , John did a great job. They were very professional and meticulous. The team routed the electrical piping so that most of them were hidden from view and answered any questions that came up during the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of going solar!

Had nothing but problems from when I signed the contract. Was told they had my panels only to be told 2 weeks later then we're out of stock only to be told 3 months later I go could switch to lesser panel. They only care about there bottom line and no customer is not always right. They will just fight with you. Got with Hytech in Bay Shore used them the 1st time and should of used them again.
