We have had our system up and running now for about a year. I wish I had done this when our friend first mentioned switching. Anthony Marino was our sales rep. He made this process very easy. Anthony was and still is readily available to answer our questions. We love our system. I haven't had to pay for electric since our system was installed last year. I would highly recommend this company.

I decided to get solar Oct 2023. I used Energysage and the best quote was from PlugPV. Energysage highly recommends them and I can see why. The quote provided great price (not the cheapest but very competitive) and the best technology to use. More importantly to me, it had the highest possible energy generation. I decided to go with them and the whole process with Nick, the contact person, was fantastic. The explained to me at every step of the process what was happening and they were very good with communication. There were lots of challenges to get my town to approve the project and at every step of the way PlugPV was helping me. My system was connected and working in Feb 2024 (almost 3 months after installation, which is very rare, it is usually faster than this, but mostly due to delays with my town) and I can say it was a great experience. I will come here to update after I have looked at the monthly production of the system.

My solar experience with PLUGPV staff was excellent! From sales processing with Nate in October to communication with Joshua Seamans, the Project Manager, the installation in November and followup customer service, everything was speedy and amazing! I definitely recommend this company! The Federal and NYS solar incentives were the added benefit I needed to finally add much desired solar to my home.

They delivered on what they offered, the process was good, they kept me informed of the status at every step.
