We run a major international organization and took them on as a solar vendor. The promises were not honored, calls not returned, emails not returned, services not honored, prices raised. I have personally been responsible for over $1B in active/operating solar and have a good understanding of what a solar reseller needs to provide. This organization over promised and under delivered.
Buyer beware!! They are not honoring the module warranty and I believe that is a sure sign of impending doom. Trying to ignore customer complaints and warranty issues does not work.
Becareful when getting a quote from these folks. I received a quote from them, had several phone calls with them and agreed on a price and was ready to sign a contract. Then the issues started. The quote changed 4 different times and the last one was nearly double of the first. Had a phone call to get it resolved and they swore to get it right and that I would be a happy customer. Wrong. I lost confidence and decided not to move forward with them.

Investing in a solar PV system is a must have. All you need to do is make sure your going to live in your home for 5 plus years, and in doing so, the system will pay for itself. The other piece of advice would be make sure you hire a group with experience and high quality product. Centrosolar for us more than exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking the best in the industry.
