Contact Solar Bridge for Solar installation ,They ignore requests for any information the only time they contact you is when want money or another contract . After 3 months they installed my system ,but Ergon issued a defect notice on their work ,they refused to rectify, so I had to engage another electrician to comply with Ergon's requirements to connect to grid .I had to pay out nearly $900 to comply with regulations .which office of fair trading is negotiating a settlement from Solar Bridge.

From salesman Justin to installation team managed by Rakhee all our expectations were managed professionally. Install was arranged in a timely manner but the weather turned for the worse, team kept at it in the rain and wind. Competitive price, professional team of installers keen to please. So far so good, system running great. Tks for reading Michael Mc

What good is a 25 year warranty if they can't replace anything? You guessed it. My system started failing only a few years old. Sad and disgusting company.

We recently installed a solar system with Solar Bridge. Our experience with this company was excellent from the time of requesting a quote to the completion of installation. We experienced excellent communications with Hayden who was regularly keeping us up to date with the progress of our order, required paperwork and date and information regarding the installer. We are quite pleased with our dealings with this company and their representative Hayden.

I was an installer in 2014 and installed a couple of PV arrays that utilized Solarbridge microinverters and over the years (4 - 7 years), quite a few of those microinverters and even a couple Power Manager devices failed. SunPower was decent enough to cover the warranty and replace the microinverters and a Power Manager in 2018, which is a real testament to the great customer service from SunPower. Enphase appears to have purchased Solarbridge from SunPower in late 2018 but Enphase has refused to cover the warranty claim on some microinverters and a Power Manager. It's probably going to cost that homeowner thousands to get his system back up to it's potential. This is extremely DISAPPOINTING!!!
