My interest in obtaining / leasing Solar was from the Solarize project with the Mass CEC, so O can only say my interest in saving even a little in electricity costs annually enticed me.
My Motivation:
Being a part of an organization in town motivated me dearly. 2nd - priority - cleaning for the environment 3rd - Can't wait to see what over a 5 / 10 year span
Advice:
From what I heard from other who have had their systems installed - was this. Make sure what was proposed - on where the panels and inverter will be installed is clear. With the other people / home owners that I spoke to, they were a little concerned with what was told to them prior to the install (maybe 2-3) verses what was told to them on the day of the installation.
