My Motivation:

Early '70's "Mother Earth Magazine" inspired the designs and efficiency philosophy. The only way to save the planet is to start with yourself and educate others.

Advice:

Whatever you build or remodel, consider the environment of the site; sun and wind. Tweeking layout for efficiency is free and can provide a sizable return in any type of construction.

Experience with Installer:

Don't always shop for the lowest price. Shop for experience, knowledge and in the case of excavation, the firm with the most equipment. We chose the top bid. A solid foundation and correct contouring of the land for drainage and home beauty is essential in this type of construction.
