This site has a 3.48 kW solar system operating in grid inter-tie mode on the Consumers Energy Experimental Advanced Renewable Program (EARP). The solar energy is measured and sold at a premium price to Consumers Energy. The recent addition of a Ford Fusion Energi plug-in hybrid EV qualified the owners for a Consumers Energy PEV rate based on time of day pricing with very favorable night time off-peak charging rates.
