What You Need to Know
Maintenance Requirements:
I haven't needed any maintenance street one year.
My Motivation:
Electricity rates are scheduled to increase substantially in my area and state tax credits were also available.
Advice:
Get as many quotes as possible and do your homework. Some companies want to do a total makeover and skimp on the panels to maximize their profits.
Experience with Installer:
Monarch Solar was great to work with. They were fairly new to the market compared to other installers but I was happy with the results. They were very responsive and easy to work with when I had concerns.
Additional Notes:
The installation process was interrupted by Hurricane Florence. It took over a month to get completed due to the severe flooding in the area but the installer was back on it when roads opened up.
