DO NOT WORK WITH RA SOLAR - after a year of unfulfilled promises, misleading and inconsistent excuses, and failed backstops, my initial deposit of over $15k is gone with nothing to show for it. My only hope for solace is if Energy Sage blacklists RA Solar and removes them and any future companies Varney Johnson starts after RA inevitably folds.

What You Need to Know
Advice:
Avoid RA Solar. Customers should make sure you check with multiple previous and off-book reference checks with current customers, not just testimonials. EnergySage should remove RA Solar.
Experience with Installer:
Lies, delays, and incompetence abound. I have records of the inconsistent excuses across multiple phone calls and emails resulting in a year with 0 progress. And the contractors bonds they're required to hold to compensate for failed work were already used/claimed by others.
