Enphase has helped through internet issues, metering issues, power issues, and their customer service reps have been wonderful. I am quite pleased with their service, and would highly recommend them!

Battery Communication Intermittent Error - Mixed Review: US Support - 5 Stars and Off Shore 2 Stars

Five stars for US support representatives in Idaho, Nathan, Alex and Nicole - all very knowledgeable! Spent hours on the phone with me to resolve the issue. Problem was a loose communication wire in the battery itself. It was a difficult error to trouble shoot as it was an intermittent. The commissioning app showed everything was successful and hours later the app showed a communication error. 2 stars for off-shore call centers. A real dis-favor to US customers because of language differences, poor telephone connections with a lot of background conversation that are very distracting and in some cases lack of knowledge which results in loss of time while they text some higher-level person to guide them!

Customer Service

I installed a new router. Forgot to connect the solar system gateway to WiFi. Received a reminder from the monitoring center. After some discussion we focused on the WPS procedure and got back on line. Router connected to Enphase gateway in two minutes and stabilized in 24 hours. A pleasant surprise. I’m older, not a fan of chat, more suitable for gossipy little girls, but it worked out in this case. System is working fine.

it is simple to install

I bought my own panels and Enphase setup. So easy to attach inverters to the 39 panels and then to the combiner box.. Just have lots of zip ties to tidy up the wiring. I was a ground mount with horizontal adjustment and they are performing as stated and it is over 2 years. Would do it again locking in you kw cost for years.
