DON"T BUY THIS SYSTEM - Worst customer service ever, no one answer your calls and when they do it seems like an outsourced person answering that has no idea, it's a joke I could go on for pages, please just move on and don't buy this system read all the other reviews same issues (we are in New Zealand) but seems the same no matter where in the world you are
Supposedly they're monitoring your system all the time that notifies them of any problems I had mine installed for 2 or 3 weeks now and until today didn't produce no power whatsoever. I had totally forgot about the app till this morning at 345 am I looked and produced nothing. I don't understand if this runs on wifi why nobody asked for my password to activate this thing. They better give me a rebate on the time it wasn't working due to there installers not doing there job. I'll leave an update and let people know if they do or not if they don't I'll be lowering my review every day if they rectify it ill be raising it.

And absolute amazing person speaks to you kindly treats you like a human being answers questions to the best of her ability. All around great customer service. The five star review goes strictly to her. the system's not too bad either
They will find every which way to avoid to replace your battery and try to blame it on you. If they can do this my grandma they can do this to you. Evil evil people
Why are a lot of the 1 star review complaining about technical support. Shouldn't they get technical report from the solar installer? Why would you call Enphase technical support? If you have issue with charging, storage or your installation in general. If the equipment is dead, you should still contact your solar installer for workman's warranty.
This company is nothing but a scam! They have the absolute worst customer service and support system I have ever encountered with any company in my life! Total and complete NIGHTMARE!
