Solar Liberty

I’ve had my solar panels for 2 years now and my panels are producing wonderfully with a surplus of kilowatts of energy. Solar Liberty made everything super easy and everything they told me was done they say they said was. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with solar liberty, They were very professional, They knew their products, They did not try to push my husband in myself into buying anything. They also gave us all of the information on tax credits, and other ways to save money. They're quote was much more reasonable than many other quotes we had gotten. The salesman did not try to push us into buying anything that day. They knew the products very well and were able to answer all questions. We had with more information than we thought they Would. We were definitely recommend this company to any homeowner or business owner wanting to go solar.

Let me start by saying I am not one to generally write product/company reviews but this one is over due. We had a system installed by Solar Liberty some four years ago and were really blown away with "experience". Starting with the people, both in the field and office who designed the system and patiently answered our many questions, and then with the installation pros who took justifiable pride in the quality of their work our expectations were exceeded. Not long after that I found out that Solar Liberty in addition to doing many of the areas big projects also rolls back some of the profits into systems for those less fortunate both here and abroad. It is truly my pleasure to recommend them as a company I would happily do business with again.

Horrible customer service. Communication gravely lacks with this company internally and externally. They fail to inform you that the contractors that they send to you are coming b/c the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The contractors then get to your house and ask you what size equipment did you order b/c the office failed to inform them of the task. Also please don't fall for the quick 2 to 3 day installation bit that they promise, b/c they will have to subcontract out half your job to two different companies that have to fit you in. (By the way they won't tell you that either!) The subcontractors don't like to work with them due to the lack of communication from the company. Do your homework!!! They will tell you anything to get your money. If i had to do it again I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Wish I take it down and drop it on their doorstep.

I am very pleased with the solar installation and power generation from our new system. When we had an issue with our power monitoring system we initially contacted the equipment manufacturer and were not able to get our issue addressed. Once we contacted Solar Liberty, they came out and the issue was addressed immediately! Great customer service! The only issue that I had was at installation the team indicated that they could not do it exactly like the engineer designed and asked me to sign off on a change to the design. I was not comfortable with changing what the professional had designed but I wanted the job done and the technician seemed to know what he was talking about so I did. I wish this could have been handled without me since I don’t have any engineering or installation expertise. That said, I have not paid for electric in many months and it seems our reserves will carry us through this winter so I am satisfied with our installation.
