Workmanship Warranty
Solar USA Warrants that for the period listed above from the warranty certificate issue
1. The roof will not leak through the system due to ordinary wear or tear by the elements
2. The installed system will not malfunction due to improper workmanship of the installed system
In any case of such defect, Solar USA guarantees to repair or replace any defect of material or workmanship within the warrant period at no expense to the customer. All materials are warranted by the manufacturer for the period indicated in the purchase contract. This warranty will automatically transfer to any new owners of the above listed structure.
Within ten (10) days of first knowledge of any defect, or failure to function properly, Solar USA is to be notified in writing, of same by owner of his/her agents, Solar USA shall be given first opportunity to promptly repair, replace and/or correct any item found to be defective or that fails to function properly, at no cost to owner, within, a reasonable period of time.
Under no circumstances shall Solar USA be liable, by virtue of this Warranty or otherwise, for damage to any person or property whatsoever, or for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages, act of God, of any nature, arising out of the use or inability to use because of the defect.
