All Season Solar

Had to threaten police action to get this company to stop calling me. The same rude pushy aggressive salesman, Mike, who refused to give me his last name, called me 4 times after I told him and emailed the company several times asking them to remove me from their call list and that I did not want to use their company. Went to Tesla and for a better deal from a real company that doesn't treat potential clients like garbage. Of you like used car sales and pushy wise mouth sales people this is the company for you. Stay away from this garbage business.

I signed up with All Seasons Solar in March, it is now december. They did agree to take a few trees down, and sent a contractor over to take care of that. That never happened. In the meantime, we had an addition on our home that had to be taken down, and this caused some roof damage. All seasons told me that I had to get my roof fixed before moving forward, and I tried to, but I just couldnt afford it, and they told me that they would not pay for it. In November, I found another company that could do it, and paid for my roof too, and I called All Seasons and respectfully requested that they let me out of my 9 month old agreement, since I could not afford to pay for a roof. They said dure, but told me that they were going to charge me up to FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS for doing so, which was the opposite of what their representative told me. All seasons had 9 months to get the problem figured out, during which time I dealt with THREE different project managers, none of which seemed to have any idea what the one before was doing, and I got nowhere. The other company signed me up in november, and the trees and roof are already done, and install will be scheduled shortly. All I asked All Seasons to do was let me out of my agreement and follow through on the promises made to me by my all seasons salesperson, that I could cancel anytime before install with no penalty. When a company let's a customer down the way they did me, it should back away. It had been nine months since I signed up and they made no progress on the install at all. All I want them to do is the right thing, and just let me go with someone else, but the owner Chfis refuses. In fact, my salesperson at the other company tells me that he called him directly and cursed at him. I would be willing to edit this review if they just do the right thing - but until then - I CANNOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO WITH ALL SEASONS SOLAR DUE TO A RUDE OWNER, DECEPTIVE SALESPEOPLE, AND AN UNWILLINGNESS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AT EVERY TURN. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!!!

Salesman came to my house with his quote. He said that this is based on the amount of electric that the house uses? And the price reflex how many solar panels are required. His price was double the actual meter readings. Giving me a cost of twice the amount of what the house needs. I repeated messages for a new update. I was told I must of fell in between the cracks. After 3 weeks still NO QUOTE. I am shopping for a new company.

I have been shopping for solar for awhile and was a little leary of making a 20 year commitment. AllSeason Solar explained the different programs to me and helped me understand why a lease was a better fit for me based on my income and the fact that I didn't want to worry about maintaining the system myself. They also were honest about how much electric my system would produce and didn't lie about it like a lot of the other guys did. I can't wait to have my panels installed before my summer AC bills kick in.

I recommend AllSeason Solar to anyone who is in the market for solar panels. I was completely overwhelmed at all the information thrown at me I was unsure what I was even comparing. The team at AllSeason went above and beyond to help educate me and make me feel comfortable. In the long run my property and electrical consumption at this time was not a good fit for solar. However that didn't stop them from answering my questions and giving me the best customer service from any other solar company I have worked with. Truly a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who still puts the customer first regardless of the sale.
