They took my $30,000 loan and did not pay anyone including the electrician. My project is not complete. The electrical work was stopped due to non-payment. I have system that is worthless at this point. I would give them a zero if I could.
Before they finished installation, the sent us an email that they went out of business. We have $90k in a system that is completely useless. They knew they were going under and tried to rush installation...now we have a system that is not fully installed, failed inspection twice and now no hope of recouping any money. NM Solar Group has been an awesome company from start to the present. Getting our estimate was the beginning. All along NM Solar Group has been customer orientated. The installers were professional and courteous. Even after the install the monitoring of our solar system has been great.
We recently built our new home and had our install done just about a week after we moved in. Victor was instrumental throughout the process, we signed with NM Solar Group upon first breaking ground and were able to get the installation done with the build.
