Mark Pelletier is the Founder, President and CEO of Anar Solar. His 20-year history in construction and installation of ground-based solar systems give him the experience and expertise as a leader and inspired him to develop, design and patent the racking, ballast and installation systems. He leads our team of experienced individuals in electrical and structural engineering, construction management, and new business development. Together we have cultivated relationships with key developers, financiers, engineering consultants, suppliers, and subject matter experts in the solar business. Combined, we provide a high level of consulting and customer service to make your project a success.
Based on your roof and actual offers in your area
Anar Solar has a unique value proposition for residential and commercial ground mounting.
Mounted on slopes up to 33 degrees, impenetrable land, hilly land, landfills, Superfund sites, permafrost, gravel pits.
Excellent for "low impact solar development" and where moving the solar rack for flat roof maintenance, temporary power and possible relocation.
Rack holds 20 panels, adjusted at 4 corners of the whole array, panels are continuous supported on 4 side perimeter.
The rack and ballast is USA patented and certified by TRC Engineering.
TRC assessed each of the array configurations to varying wind speeds (up to 105 mph), snow loads (up to 90 psf) and self-weight dead loads in accordance with applicable design codes. Wind and snow loads were assessed on array angles oriented between 20 and 40 degrees from level and on hill slopes between 0 and 18 degrees (max = 3H:1V slope).
Installation cost is very low, layout, assembly and physical panel installation in 4 man hrs per rack of 20 panels.
No heavy equipment, no concrete foundation, no digging trenches, wires routed within ballast.
Ballast laid by hand in minutes, filled with recycled material for weight.
Rack is all aluminum for light weight and strength. Pin and slot connections for fast assembly.
Meets EPA engineering requirements for landfills, super fund sites.
Anar Solar’s systems meets applicable design loads adhering to the following codes:
International Building Code (IBC)
ASCE 7-10 – Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures
Aluminum Design Manual – 2015 (The Aluminum Association)
AISC Manual of Steel Construction
Rack can be configured for 60 and 72 cell, 20 panel landscape.
Each rack of 20, 365 watt panels will produce 250KWdc per acre.
We can propose any quantity of racks.
Awarded PV Magazine "Top 10 Array Changing Technologies" 2018.
Advantages of Ground Mount:
Not limited by roof configuration or area.
Point panels exactly south, high efficiency and angle.
Mount panels on North, NE, NW slopes and point panels South.
Cool temperature operation.
Easily to clean and clear snow, more days of maxim operation.
Easy operations and maintenance.
No roof holes, no remove and reinstall to replace roof.
Rack and Ballast can be easily dismantled and moved.
