Rack holds 20 panels, adjusted at 4 corners of the whole assembly, panels are continuous supported on 4 side perimeter.
The rack and ballast is USA patented and certified by TRC Engineering.
TRC assessed each of the array configurations to varying wind speeds (up to 105 mph), snow loads (up to 90 psf) and self-weight dead loads in accordance with applicable design codes. Wind and snow loads were assessed on array angles oriented between 20 and 40 degrees from level and on hill slopes between 0 and 18 degrees (max = 3H:1V slope).
Installation cost is very low, layout, assembly and physical panel installation in 4 man hrs per rack of 20 panels.
