had panels installed 03/23. still not connected to the grid.Greenretrofit didn't put in paperwork for pto. No one at Axia can tell me anything about whats going on. Axia puts blame it on Southern California Edison. Edison says they never put in the paper work. Axia has people scouring neighborhoods for sells. yet they aren't finishing the jobs.

We were one of the first customers and there were a few issues— growing pains I guess…. The good thing is they were addressed by Axia and they made things right. I’ve heard of a lot of other solar companies, disappearing and ignoring customers with issues and questions. Hadley, Evan and Cory helped to make sure we were set up and happy. Solar is working great and the system sizing was appropriate for our home.

I worked with Alex and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to get the system that best meets my needs. Alex was great!

Like many other people, we met with a number of solar providers before deciding on Axia. We felt that most were just interested in “making a buck” and didn’t really care about our needs. Michael Mandler was our rep from Axia, and my wife and I felt very comfortable with his sales pitch. He didn’t strong arm us to get solar and when we discussed the option of adding a battery- he agreed that in our situation, we really didn’t need one. Other dealers really pushed for one, and at approximately $10,000, we weren’t too excited to get one. Our original project manager was very poor in communicating important information along the way. Half way through the project a new manager was assigned and the communication increased dramatically. Axia is in Southern Cal, and we are in the SF Bay Area. Axia contracted with a solar installer in our area and they did a very top notch job. The installer was polite, courteous and very professional. The installation took about six hours, and he cleaned up after himself, which not everyone does unfortunately. Overall we are very pleased with the product and the service from Axia.

Very good overall management of the project. I was borderline of getting grandfather-ed in for net metering, and Axia was very upfront about it got it done ontime. Good communication along the project but I think they can handle better of their installation/approve process. installers were professional but waiting on minor fix on air vent on the roof still.
