Of all the solar companies I'd heard from through EnergySage, Fuse Inc. was the only one that addressed my issues pointedly. Their responsiveness and patience, through out the back and forth, in dealing with my concerns, has been extraordinary. Based on the quality and integrity with which they handled my inquiry, I would recommend Fuze Inc D/B/A Fused Solar and Roofing to anyone.

LOVE my solar!

We received six quotes for solar through energy sage. Five of them were thorough, prompt, and provided good detail. Those five all had many reviews. The sixth quote did NOT have many reviews so as a consumer, I initially jumped to the conclusion that this was the last company I’d end up going with… but I was wrong! Fused Solar and Roofing are newer to energy sage than the others but the reviews they do have were outstanding and I just had to put down my own thoughts. Once I studied their quote, my eyes were opened! The level of detail that Duane provided was exceptional. He took me to school and taught me things about solar I’d not even considered before. And never once was it patronizing… just purely informative. I’ve since had the pleasure (truly!) of speaking with Duane and his partner, Richard, and my overarching impression that I came away with (and I certainly didn’t expect this) was relief. Solar is a big investment and I positively hate the feeling that someone is “padding the bill” which I often feel takes place. But Duane and Richard were so genuine, so down to earth, even talking me down to fewer panels once I’d provided some additional details (when does that ever happen?) that I found myself relived and felt that I could put my trust in them. It turns out, Richard (the contractor) is also a roofing contractor and helped me understand a particular issue I’ve been having with my roof that I want to address prior to installing the solar. He’s going to be able to handle that as well. All of this to say… every step of my interactions with Fused has been outstanding. They’ve inspired trust and put my fears to rest. I finally feel not only confident but excited to get this process started. Read the information, do your homework, ask the questions, recognize that all the quotes reference different products and they are not all created equally. The despair of finding a trust worthy fair solar company is finally over! after searching long and hard, price comparing with multiplite companys , and at the whims of uncertanity i luckily found Fused solar. due to astronmically better quality service and pricing, understanding of my needs, wants and concerns from Duane, i felt extremely satisfied with my choice. Not only did the install take less time then expected it was properly managed and perfectly done with respect to my house hold. the amount of money that im saving now is off the charts ridiculous. On top of that ive added so much more equity to my house. wish i had found them sooner. A ABSOLUTE GEM OF A COMPANY.

I can't emphasize enough how pleased we are with our new solar installation! This company really knows what they are doing and how to make their customers feel 100% satisfied with the job. I not only had a great experience with them, I also have an amazing savings on my Duke Energy bill by switching to solar. I dropped my monthly bill from an average of $250 to $35!!! What a savings!
