What You Need to Know

My Motivation:

We had been thinking of installing a PV system for environmental reasons for years, but the cost was prohibitive. The rebates that became available in 2008 in New Hampshire, along with the federal tax incentives, made it possible to see a reasonable payback. The time was right and, as with most products, the more people who bought PV systems the more the cost would come down for others in the future. And they have - in the two years since we put in our roof mounted array, the price of the panels had dropped by almost 30%. The payback is much shorter than in 2008. It is now considered a good investment to “Go Solar".

Advice:

Our advice: You will never regret installing a clean energy system, but you might regret not doing it.
