We monitor our electricity use with the TED 5000 and visitors are fascinated to see usage in "real-time" as the geothermal operates. the system helped us achieve a HERs of 40. It also provides very even heating and cooling

Additional Notes:

The house has a 40 HERs score and is NGBS Emerald certified. We initially wanted solar and designed the house orientation and roof for it but we just had too much shading. Geothermal was a good 2nd option. we have Renewable choice with our utility NHEC and offset 500kwh/ month with renewable energy credits.
