Experience with Installer:
They left the required work unfinished so the panels were never approved by Alachua County therefore Gainesville Regional Utility will not hook up the panels to generate electricity.
Additional Notes:
Encor said they would reimburse me for any loan payments until electricity was being generated. They paid me for Oct. & Nov. of 2022 but nothing since. It is now August 2023. They owe me 8 months of loan payments at $109.47 a month.
