The lot was purchased from the City of Traverse City to develop what will become a near "net zero" neighborhood. HomeStretch will be constructing a total of 5 three story duplex townhouses and one three story townhouses for purchase by income eligible families and individuals (60 - 80% of area's median income). Habitat will develop 10, two-story single family homes. All structures will be designed to be compatible with the architectural style of the old railroad depot buildings.
