Description:
The Depot Neighborhood, located near the intersection of Eighth Street and Woodmere Avenue in Traverse City, is being developed in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. The lot was purchased from the City of Traverse City to develop what will become a near "net zero" neighborhood. HomeStretch will be constructing a total of 5 three story duplex townhouses and one three story townhouses for purchase by income eligible families and individuals (60 - 80% of area's median income). Habitat will develop 10, two-story single family homes. All structures will be designed to be compatible with the architectural style of the old railroad depot buildings.
