Maintenance Requirements:
Since 2017 have had NO Problems, once per year wash panels.... BUT clean Panels performance increases are VERY Small if any?
Efficiency or Sustainability Improvements:
We did a Major Remodel of home in 2012-2013 included new Doors, Windows and (2) large Sliding Doors, New Roof, AC-heating System etc.
My Motivation:
Parents built this home in 1977-78, always been our Family Home, the 'roots of the family' going back to 1940's this Family has lived in and around Yuma County Arizona.
Advice:
LONG TERM WE BELIEVE A GOOD INVESTMENT IN MAINTAIN ING A COMFORTABLE HOME AND CONTRIBUTE TO CLEAN ENERGY.
