This 6,200sf house is constructed out of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), FSC material, and includes a geothermal system heating and cooling system, a stand-alone Heating Recovery Ventilation (HRV) system; electric car charging stations and separate metering for both the house, geothermal and car charging.

Additional Notes:

- Received a .87ACH rating on our final blower door test. - Received a final 34 HERS Index rating. - The project is planned to achieve a LEED-H Gold rating.
