System is not visible from the street. Utilized the flat roof on every part of the roof. Goal was to offset house electric usage and charge Tesla EV from home without consuming from SCE.

Maintenance Requirements:

Annual panel cleanings for salt, bird droppings, and dust. Panels, inverters, and workmanship is 25 years.

My Motivation:

Offset electric costs. Paying into SCE forever isn't a feasible way especially as utility costs increase. SCE bill was over $300 a month. System allows money to be spent towards solar system versus SCE.
