After 2 agreements with two different companies. One for purchase became too expensive and one for lease both requires 176 feet of trenching from barn which was where panels were to be and cost the solar company significantly more money. That disruption on our property eventual caused the solar company to question If I really wanted to proceed . Their cost was almost $4000 just for the trench. And reduced their income. And for us digging up a large 176 ft trench through a major part of our beautiful lawns was unappealing. That caused the solar company to point out how disruptive and unpleasant the trench would be plus their reluctance to do a job with such a reduced profit made us reluctantly back out. Much time spent and sad we will not do the solar.
