Experience with Installer:

Sam and the customer service team were very helpful, but we faced challenges arranging the site survey. The appointment was scheduled 3 times, once with a cancellation notice at the time of the appointment, then twice the surveyor simply never showed up. Given the challenges in the first step of the process and changing financial circumstances, we decided to cancel the contract. We made several attempts to speak to a representative about having our deposit refunded given how early we were in the process. I'm happy to say that the company was ultimately understanding and has refunded the deposit, but the communication from leadership empowered to do so was lackluster. As we canceled the contract, this review cannot reflect the full value or quality of the solar project. We do intend to revisit a solar installation in the future.
