Experience with Installer:

We had North State Solar Energy install a free standing 36 panel 10kW solar array for our vacation home, a rural ranch house in Tehama County. The new system eliminates our PG&E bill, totally offsetting our yearly power consumption from our well pump and swimming pool. North State designed the system, completed engineering and handled all County permits and fees. We were really impressed with the structural supports installed, with drilled piers that ensured long term stability and heavy-duty steel supports. Their electrician also did very nice work, integrating the conduit, wiring, and boxes in a seamless and clean professional install. A few months in, the system is cranking out the power. We really enjoy real-time monitoring to keep track of system performance. We compare this against our smart meter to see the PG&E credits versus our usage on the weekends. We’d recommend North State to anyone looking for a professional and easy solar installation.
