My Motivation:
Motivated to save electricity costs, especially now that I have an electric car.
Experience with Installer:
The installer was very willing to answer my questions and educate me on Solar panels and systems. There was a problem on installation day as the layout of the panels and capacity of the system as originally specified did not work and they did not communicate to me that there were changes. The owner of Great Sky was very proactive, apologizing for the mix-up, giving me credit for the slightly reduced capacity system they installed along with higher efficiency panels (395 instead of 380 watt) at no charge to keep the total Kwh generated close to the same.
