My name is Don I recently installed Solar 360. Great customer service from Charlie Kim my project manager was Ramon Carrillo Ramon was a great project manager if I had any questions he always answering my questions professional Ricky Estrada came out to my house and help me set up my electrical and help me with the app on my phone. I highly recommend Solar 360 and I give them five stars.

We participated in the OC Goes Solar and we went with Solar 360. I showed the quotes to buddy who works in the solar industry and he said the price was good! That as a great decision! Charlie was fantastic in answering my questions. When I said we couldn't afford as many panels as they said would give us the most benefit, he said no problem. When I asked if we could add more panels and a battery in the future, he said no problem. He was prompt in his service with us. Jessica was also fantastic! She was very fast in responding, and diligent to follow up when I didn't respond. And after all the paperwork was submitted, she even helped me when SoCal Edison said I was missing information and contacted me directly. She took care of it swiftly. The installation team was super professional, fast, quiet, personable and respectful. The place was clean and you couldn't even tell there was construction on our property afterwards. Evie was our inspector. She was very knowledgeable, personable and took the time to answer my questions and show us what we needed to do with our new equipment. The equipment has been humming along for 2 months now and we check it every day to see how much we're generating and how much CO2 we are saving from going into our atmosphere! It's exceeding expectations (I thought we'd save maybe $180 but its more close to $360. Could be wrong, I can't read the SCE bill well). What value! Just like in "A Christmas Story" I give Solar 360 an A++++++++++!

Started my solar project getting bids from EnergySage. Charlie from Solar360 was transparent and help answered all my questions about what kind of system and recommendations based on my needs. He also took the time out of his day to pick up random phone calls to answer my questions. Appreciate the service from start to finish. It's been smooth sailing and the timelines was met. I've had the system for over 6 months now and has not had an issue. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Charlie and Solar360 in the future!

I received estimates from 5 different company before I settled on going with solar360. They weren’t the cheapest but middle of range. I also needed my roofing done as it was about time. For the fact that they also do roofing and not have to coordinate with another roofing co made my decision easier. Brand and model of solar equipment and battery they use were also what I was shopping for. Whole process was actually completed earlier than originally expected as they had some schedule open up. Roofing crew, solar, electricians were all polite and nice fellas. From sales rep, project manager….all were great.

I recently had a great experience with Solar-360. With the looming expiration of NetMetering 2.0 in mid-April, I urgently sought a solar system installation and turned to Solar360. From my initial contact with Charlie in Sales to Jessica in Project Management, and all the way through to the installers, electrician, and inspector, every member of the Solar-360 team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The project execution was seamless and I met the NetMetering 2.0 deadline. I greatly appreciated their timely updates and willingness to address any concerns I had promptly. I want to extend a special thank you to the installers for going the extra mile by assisting me in relocating the damaged tiles on my roof, despite the issue not being related to their work. Since the installation, I've noticed a noticeable reduction in my energy costs. The hardware works reliably and the software app is a joy to use. I have already recommended Solar-360 to my friends, and I will undoubtedly continue to do so.

Charlie and his team which includes Melissa helping with logistics and scheduling inspectors like Rich and the installers have done an amazing job. There was hardly any issues and if it came up, it was addressed and communicated immediately. No issues with city plan approvals, no issues with city inspections and no issues with SCE approving with the permission to operate. I procrastinated the NEM 2.0 deadline but they handled it all with ease. Nothing felt rushed or haphazard. Thanks Charlie and Solar 360!
