Every step of this process has been easy. When we had questions about the process, the installation, or any other aspect of the process, we were able to speak to someone quickly and all of our questions/concerns were addressed. I don't think I can speak directly to the quality or the value. Time will tell but everything that I have read and come to know during my research leads me to believe the solar panels that were installed are of high quality and value.
My wife and I got a quote from Solar Liberty several years ago. We had a number of email communications followed by a video call with Nate. He was very patient explaining all the details of our proposed installation. I felt very comfortable about dealing with Solar Liberty. While we did not schedule an installation at that time, I would not discount doing so in the future. We were not in a position to take advantage of the tax breaks at that time and I was not keen on having the installation done on our existing roof. We may be able to acquire the property directly behind our house in the future and I would consider having a ground installation done on that. My first call would be to Solar Liberty at that time.
Our experience has been really great! The process was very simple, and our electric bill has gone down significantly! I would recommend Solar Liberty.
I wanted solar panels installed and I was told I would need too many. The problem back then was National Grid was not accurate in what they were charging me. Since I fought with them the electric bill has come way down where it is supposed to be. I now want the panels because I would not need more than 4 or 5 to take care of this house. I am still waiting for someone to contact me.
