Sunova has been a nightmare since the day of the install. They left a trench across my driveway open for weeks. I finally had to fill it in myself. After two of my panels shattered. They told me for seven months that they were waiting for parts. Finally I became so frustrated that I called the manufacture myself. They told me the panels had been discontinued for several years. Sunova has been lying to me for months. Their customer service is terrible. They never return their calls. Whatever you do, do not go with this company.
I really wish I would have seen these reviews before I foolishly believed the sales people who talked me into using this company!! The installation took forever and once it rained my roof leaked!!! For the past month and a half I've been trying to get the leaks fixed to no avail. The company who they contracted with, Kayo Energy, is even worse than Sunnova!! I can't get anyone to call back nor answer the phone. Even when I called Sunnova's customer service, THEY couldn't get ahold of them!! To make matters worse, my bills have been anywhere from 50% - 100% HIGHER since going to them!!!! After the first two expensive bills, I told them I wanted them to get rid of their system only to be told that I had only two weeks after installing the system to make that determination. HOW IN THE HELL could anyone possibly know until they've received a couple of bills if they wanted to continue or discontinue the system???? They basically threatened legal action if I turned off the automatic payment and the system myself. So, I'm forced to hire a lawyer and go through countless thousands of dollars to remove this piece of crap system and company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have had NOTHING but problems with this company! customer service is horrible at best. System not generating, told don't worry about it, we have insurance to pay you back...NOT true! come to find out some panels NEVER PLUGGED IN...after months of complaints. NOW a pannel flew off roof....third week and still can't can't get them out here. Had appintment today between 7 and 10 AM....Its 1PM still no show or call and customer service says, yes you are scheduled???????????? STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!

Do not do business with them. They have the worst customer service. There is a whole FB page full of people who have had horrible experiences with them.
Buyer beware! This company does not care about its customers. They do not return phone calls and take forever to address issues, if they even do. Just check their rating on the BBB website!
