Workmanship Warranty
At AES, we stand behind our work with a robust warranty program designed to give our customers peace of mind and ensure long-term satisfaction with our solar solutions.
Standard Warranty: AES provides a 5 year workmanship warranty from the date of final completion. This warranty covers all aspects of our installation and workmanship, affirming that all materials and equipment are installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and best industry practices.
Call-Back Service: Within the first 90 days post-Substantial Completion, AES commits to promptly addressing and rectifying any defects in materials or workmanship reported by the Project Owner. This includes necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the system's integrity and performance.
Manufacturer Warranties: AES secures standard guarantees and warranties from all subcontractors, material, and equipment vendors involved in the project. These warranties, which may include manufacturer warranties, are directly assigned to the Project Owner, ensuring additional layers of protection and recourse.
Agency Role: AES acts as an agent for the Project Owner in managing and resolving any warranty issues with subcontractors or manufacturers. This service includes coordination and administration of warranty claims, ensuring that resolutions are timely and minimally disruptive.
Exclusions: The warranty coverage does not extend to defects caused by improper use or operation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or repairs conducted by unqualified personnel. Project Owners have the option to directly contact subcontractors or manufacturers for warranty claims if preferred.
