My system 17.32kWdc is running since May 30th 2023. It's high quality and zero issues thus far. Very happy with my system and the Home Team Energy Installer in my area.
I had my system installed last January. Here in Florida my 43 q10+ 365 make around 100kwh on a full sun day in May through August. I haven't had 1 issue. My highest production day last year was 100kwh also so just glancing at it I feel degradation first year is less than 2%. It's June now and the system has already made 10.2mwh. I'm super happy with the panels. Hope this helps if your making a panel decision. I can't rate service as I haven't needed them.

imagine spending in excess of 40000 dollars on a system and getting 25 blue panels and 3 black panels, making it look like s.... called the company no response had a block of 29 panels and one had the gasket falling out fortunately the didnt install that one. On the back side as this is a ground mount 3 are clear and 25 white, emailed the company as did the solar installer did and no response, to those who choose to try these panels specify all the same color and hope for the best pictures available on request per the distributor You can try to RMA them with Q-Cells, but I’ve heard that’s usually a dead-end unless the performance of the module is affected. I had a customer who had some Q-Cell 390s where half the mods were a shade of blueish brown, instead of the usual blue and Q-Cells wouldn’t give him the time of day because the mod’s performance was fine. Sucks, but Q-Cells is really stingy with warrantees when it comes to aesthetics
Light panel for the size. Seems to be operating at quality efficiency. Not offensive glare or look to the neighbors.
After proving a panel is defective, sending photos of panel and screen shots of the Enphase monitoring app showing the defective panel underperforming, QCell will still not replace the panel. Saying for all they know it’s shading, which feels like being called a liar. I’ve been a master electrician for over 12 years and have dealt with many a warranty issue. QCell has not done a good job backing their product.
