Very elusive and NO transparency whatsoever

We bought a house 6 months ago with solar panels - first time ever having them. We get a bill every month for the lease, but they will NOT provide us with any information whatsoever (after many phone calls and emails) and we have the right to our production details to vet against our electric bills each month! Constant excuses and NO resolution! I am not paying another bill until I get the information I'm looking for! Difficult company to work with!

$100 monthly lease

I installed my solar a couple of years ago. After a few months, l started receiving a bill for a $100 for leasing the solar panels. I was told.e erything is free. Watch out. Ask Ask Ask questions before signing on. Fighting it. I a current customer of All Season Solar now a new billing company. Buyer beware

Flawed Product

The finishing flap on the front of the panels are tarnished and stained. I have been told that it is from the sun and weather and will blend in. The panels are less than a year old. I have been asked by my neighbors who are interested in Solar Panels who I used as they have noticed the flaps too. Other homes with panels are neat and clean looking but mine are not. Why can't they be changed or removed? There is obviously a flaw in the product. I have called 3x's and told a contractor will come and check it again. They must've come when I wasn't home and have had no call back. I just received a Customer Satisfaction Survey and will send it to the VP of the company if I get no action. By the way, my neighbors will not use you and will look elsewhere for Solar.
