NYS mandates that solar installers offer a 5 year warranty on the craftsmanship of their work, but at Next Generation Solar, we set the bar higher, offering a 10yr workmanship warranty on all installations for both mechanical and electrical work.

Initial customer service was excellent. Rep was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Install went pretty smooth, took a little longer than anticipated but partially due to the weather. System was hooked up and working on time. After the sale customer service was slow. Had an issue with consumption monitoring and took a while to be fixed.
