Oak Electric

Jeremy, (sales/project manager) was very thorough and professional in his explanation of my solar project. That includes how the system works incentives and cost, and what my benefits would be. he walked me through what rebates and government tax incentives that may be available, and I have benefited from that. The electrician, (Josh) and the other electricians all did an excellent job and answered any questions that I had. The team helped me navigate the Tesla app and get me comfortable in viewing my system. I would recommend Oak Electric to anybody interested in electrical work and or Solar.

Oak Electric installed SunPower solar panels and batteries on two occasions. Oak is very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are not a "low cost" option, but provide a very high quality installation. Jeremy Zinn, the sales rep I worked with is extremely knowledgeable about solar and has been very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that I did not receive much documentation or training regarding my solar system following the install. Oak is very responsive to phone calls and SunPower (equipment manufacturer) does an ok job responding.

Used Oak previously for solar. When we moved to our new home it was a no brainer that we’d go with them again. Jermey, Adam, and the rest of the crew were very professional. Always kept us in the loop with status of the project.

My first experience was with another solar company before Oak Electric and the two couldn’t be more different! I think the word professional best describes Oak Electric. From the start they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. That was very different with the other company as I had to make numerous calls to find out when each step would be performed. That probably was due to the fact that they farmed out to other companies each step. With Oak Electric every thing was accomplished in house so there were no outside companies to deal with. They all showed up at the same time and finished in a day. They cleaned up afterwards leaving my house in the condition they found it. Communications were another very different experience. Calls were promptly answered and every question I had explained. These guys know what they are doing! I only wish I had known about Oak Electric before hiring the first company. There is a reason why they have been in business as long as they have.

My experience with OAK has been fantastic. Initial meeting was very honest, Jeremy is very knowledgeable, and very accessible to answer any questions you could have at any time. Always got my answer within the day and great follow up. Very professional and kind. Have to say, Jeremy has a real passion for his Solar! The team for planning, the team for installation, all are also stunning. I have not met one person at OAK ( I met or talked to around 20 of them in between all the groups) that is not … very good, very kind and very professional - a real plus on the experience. I recommended OAK to a friend, his feedback to me has been exactly the same. Oak is now my go to for any electrical, HVAC, plumbing work. I have used Oak Electric (OE) on multiple occasions - 3 of which where to install solar arrays for our home, our farming operation, and rental properties (our value prop is organic, natural, and truly 'green'). In all cases, OE has been superb. We have a significant installation with panels, generators, and multiple Powerwall installations and all has worked properly and well. Even better, as this is (or at least was) emerging technology, they were always ready to help with an answer or suggestion to get the most energy out of our systems. Clearly, I recommend OE as an excellent installer of these sophisticated, green systems.
