Go with Grid! Our experience with them was professional from start to finish. They really knew their stuff and answered all our questions, even during install. Much, much better than the other solar installers we talked to. During the initial phase, we appreciated how they were pragmatic about what we should expect. They didn't overestimate what we should expect, so we were happy with the system performance. We also liked how they didn't try to push financial products on us. They are a solar company, not a finance company faking like they're a solar company. They concentrated on the product and gave us suggestions about financing. They offered financing options if we needed assistance, but honestly suggested we look to our own credit union for better rates. When it came to installation, their product knowledge really shone through. They used quality products and did a superior job of installing. One look at the installation and you can see the quality of the job. No loose wires hanging down. Rather they tucked everything neatly into the panel support structures. Post installation follow up has been outstanding as well. We've known people who couldn't contact their salesman after install. Not so with Grid. Grid readily responded to our texts or calls and resolved the issues fast. We're really glad we went with them!!

We had three different companies, giving us both ideas and costs for installing solar panels. Grid was by far the best. They were complete and their knowledge and the explanation of that knowledge. Their pricing was accurate. The timing was exactly what they said it would be. I have since called them for additional input. They have been there to answer all my questions. Job well done!
