Given the return I get on the energy, it is very good. I looked at several other companies but all their numbers added up so I chose them. Their customer support is always responsive. I can pick up the phone and get a live person 24/7 without having to deal with a phone tree or automated calls. They contact me on a regular basis and it has been seven years. I recommended them to a friend and they had a similar experience.

This is the latest technology. I’m happy so far. I did pick the wrong time of the year because I got it in summer and had not banked any yet. I was still paying a good price but now I am getting a little bank for the next summer. Winter is the right time. Still everything went smoothly. They are professionals and everything was harnessed with no wasted time.

They use high quality equipment. I have done the research on different panels and stuff. They chose the one that works for the extreme climate. So far the process has been good. They have been very responsive to any questions and they seem to know what they are doing. They are very transparent about the costs.

Four other companies all said we needed 12 kw of panels. Sun Source Energy set up 9 kw of panels at a competitive cost and we have only paid the utility company the monthly service fee for the last two years. We saved $9000 on installation. Product and placement makes a difference.
