McMurray Cooling & Heating, Inc. was founded in the 1950s in McMurray, Pennsylvania by Paul G. Fink. The company was originally called Paul G. Fink Plumbing and Heating. Paul incorporated the company in 1975 as McMurray Cooling & Heating, Inc. Paul’s son, John P. Fink joined the company in 1981 after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in management and economics.
In 1986 founder Paul G. Fink passed away, making John president. In 1989 John built their first formal building in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. The company then outgrew that building and moved to its current location in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
McMurray Cooling & Heating, Inc. purchased a sister company from Melvin Rexroad in Morgantown, West Virginia, which is currently managed by Ben Licht. Rexroad Heating and Cooling offers many of the same services as McMurray Cooling & Heating, Inc.
