Installed my panels incorrectly, can’t close permit, can’t get a response from them.

ALPHA SOLAR AND YSG ARE SAME COMPANY THEY CHANGE COMPANY NAME TO FRAUD THE GOVERNMENT.. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE FRAUD STAY AWAY !!!

Solar panels were installed November 2021 and we are still waiting to reap the benefits of solar energy. Very disappointed with the whole process.

On December 15, 2021 I entered into a contract with YSG Solar. It took a while, but in March 2022 I was told a building permit was applied for. A month later, I asked for a status report, and was told that Greenburgh had requested some changes to the application, and an revised application would be filed. After 5 more weeks, I checked with the Greenburgh building department, and was told that no permit request had been filed. I asked YSG what was going on, and they said that the paperwork got lost during their acquisition by Alpha Solar, and that they would rectify the problem immediately. On June 29th I was told that my install date was July 27th. The next day, I checked again with the Greenburgh building department, and found that no permit had been filed for (again). I again asked YSG what was going on, and was told due to an insurance issue, it would be 4 to 6 weeks until they could file for a permit. This is a breach of contract, they took $11724 from me, and only produced a design. On June 30th, 2022 I cancelled the contract verbally with Ken Decicco, and emailed Chelsea at operations with a written request. On July 7th, 2022 Raymond Sanabrina of Alpha Solar confirmed via email that I would get a refund. A week later I asked when I would receive the refund, and received no response.
