The installation process was very pleasant and the Muffin Men did a great job of keeping us informed though out the entire project. They did a great job of making sure I was happy with how things were put on the house. I give this group of installers an A+and recommend them to do your installation.

Nicolas and Arron did a great installation without any hassles. They explained how the system works. Even though they were here most of the day they were not in the way and were very polite and courteous. They explained what to expect for the next steps which was an inspection and service. I give them a 5 star review

Venture Solar is wildly incompetent and quite frankly I’m shocked they still exist considering how they treat their customers. The only thing these people specialize in is incompetence. They cost me 7 days of PTO due to their inability to make and keep an appointment, and to manage changes or even pick up the phone. When they finally got around to showing up, they installed equipment for a program that wasn’t even available in my state, thus costing me 2 more days of PTO and several months waiting on them to fix the issue. They make promises they can’t keep and can’t design an appropriate solar system to save their lives. I provided as much up to date data as possible for my usage and requests and when I explicitly requested a design review before construction I was all but told to eff off. The sales director (Morgan) told me my permits were close to expiring and we absolutely needed to start construction- but he couldn’t tell me the date or give me a good explanation as to why their calculations were so wildly incorrect, and furthermore denied my review. DO NOT GO WITH VENTURE. They will screw you over at every opportunity and gaslight you to boot. I’m honestly shocked they still exist as a company because of the way they run their mouths and haven’t delivered on a single promise they’ve made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The CEO/owner will email you to “make things right” over a phone call- I’ve heard that 3-4 times over the last year and still haven’t gotten a call. They will lie and say whatever they need to say to get your money. If they ever bother to call you and attempt to compensate you for your time- expect an insulting amount of cash. These people cost me SEVEN days of PTO- and offered a $250 gift card as compensation. That’s $4.47/hr to compensate me for my time they wasted. Absolutely pathetic and insulting. These people are incompetent, insulting, malicious and don’t deserve to be in business. You WILL get screwed over by these people at every opportunity

I began investigating solar power for my home in early July 2022 when I was offered a quote at a local store’s kiosk... While waiting for the salesman to arrive, I googled "solar panels" to get some basic education. This resulted in a week of my phone ringing off the hook as about a dozen companies vied for the privilege of bringing solar power to my home! I got proposals from about a dozen companies with varied equipment, costs and recommendations! Each had its own good and bad points. When Arturo Bustamante from Venture Solar came by with his presentation, I had a good basis for comparison to the other installers. Arturo bent over backwards to win our business by matching or beating all his competitors’ offers and we settled on his proposal as the best overall. I was concerned about the permitting process as our condo’s HOA needs to approve all dwelling modifications before even applying for township permits. Arturo assured me Venture had experience with this and it wouldn’t be a problem! Needless to say, all went off without a hitch. Approvals and permits were completed in a few weeks and an installation was soon scheduled. Our entire system was installed in just one day! Venture arranged for the power company to replace our meter for “net metering” so we would get credit for the excess power we generate during the day to offset our nighttime usage. We were up and running in about 3 months, start to finish! Venture even sent someone over to monitor the town’s permit inspection! We just got our first full bill from the power company after completion: Only the $3.25 “customer connection” fee… As planned, the credit for excess power generation during the day completely offset our nighttime usage with a little extra towards next month’s bill! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Venture made the entire process of going solar simple. Couldn't be happier with my system and the experience. My electric bill is extremely low and I have large energy credit going into the fall. The battery package that they are offering is fantastic with a 25 year service plan and warranty. I've had my family members installed by them as well! Highly recommended!

The team at Venture was helpful and responsive to each of my questions - first when I was researching solar, then when I signed up and was going through the process of applications and approvals. Each Venture representative was courteous and knowledgeable.
