If I can warn people to stay away from this company please do. There is so much that happened with my dealings with them it would take a book to write on here. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. And never try to call them cause they never get back to you. If I could give them a zero rating that still will be to good for them.

Sun4 installed two solar batteries for us. When there were 2 separate power outages, the batteries sent so much power to the house that it caused our ceiling fan to catch on fire and fried all low voltage items: our stove, air conditioning system, fans, and surge protectors. Sun4 Inc refused to come to the house to figure out why this occurred. If we weren’t home to turn off the light switch, our house could’ve burned down. Sun4 Inc said it’s our problem & we should call an electrician, which we did, and he confirmed that there’s no problem with our wiring. Because Sun4 Inc wouldn’t respond, the manufacturer of the batteries sent a representative to troubleshoot the problem, and he found the issue in the installation and corrected it. It’s been 6 wks & Sun4 still hasn’t returned my calls. Apparently after they get paid, they no longer care about their customer. We ended up spending another $800 to get our AC and other appliances repaired. We would like a refund from them to reimburse us for the out-of-pocket costs, as a problem with installation was actually found by the manufacturer’s rep. Instead, Sun4 Inc has hired an attorney that’s costing them $100’s, if not $1000’s. This move makes it clear that they are only concerned about passing blame to others, to make themselves look good. After receiving $22,000 from us, they showed no concern for the customer… the human factor in this whole equation.
